These delicious Spanish anchovies from the town of L'Escala, are incredibly plump, dressed in olive oil and are not too salty. The selection and preparation of the best fish available allow an exquisite product of exceptional quality with unique texture and flavour. The anchovies are traditionally salted and packed, the women of L'Escala have always been the ones to clean, salt and carefully pack the anchovies into barrels, to fillet and lay them one by one into their special tins.

If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction. Where your order is to be delivered in Australia we estimate 7 -10 working days from the date your order was submitted by you, Australia Post delivery times vary depending on the delivery location within Australia. Delays also often happen around Christmas. You the purchaser will receive a tracking number to track your parcel movements via the Australia post website Http://auspost.com.au/track.
If express post is required please contact us directly before purchasing.
If you (or your receiver) are not able to receive your package at your nominated address then you will need to pick it up from your nearest Australia Post outlet with ID (Or the ID of your receiver) . A card should be left at the address by Australia Post with pickup details.
Once the delivery has been signed for at the receiving address the transaction is considered complete.
If you give authority to leave a delivery without signing for it you inherit all associated risk.
If you change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse, it is your responsibility to liaise with the delivery company directly to make new arrangements. This may require additional charges to the delivery company.
