We carefully pack all orders from our store in Hamilton, Victoria, and aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard shipping across Australia via Australia Post or courier
  • Flat rate shipping calculated at checkout
  • Free local pickup is available from our store at 169 Gray Street, Hamilton VIC
  • Local Free CBD delivery 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

 Please allow extra time for rural areas and during peak periods.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We are happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (visa or Mastercard)

We want you to love your order, but if something’s not quite right, here’s what to do:

We may offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened and in original condition
  • You have proof of purchase
  • The item is not perishable, custom-made, or marked “Sale”
  • Any refund will be less shipping charge
  • Shipping Charges will be waived only if the item is faulty.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only processed once the original item has been returned to us

 

Return postage is at your expense.

  2. Once approved, securely package the item with your name and order number
