The following terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services from The Hamilton Hamper to you.

All alcoholic products for sale are not available to persons under the age of 18 years.

The Hamilton Hamper supports the responsible service of alcohol.

 

WARNING

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 its is an offence:

To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $19000)

For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $800)

 

Payments:
All amounts displayed on our website and tax invoices are in Australian dollars and are paid in Australian dollar.

Payment must be made by the detail specified on the invoice.

Failure to meet the payment may result in suspending services or order relevant invoice.

Cards accepted are VISA and Mastercard.
