RECIPE: Kimchi scrambled eggs

METHOD

  • Prepare scrambled eggs your preferred way.
  • 30 seconds before they finish add 1Tb chopped Kimchi per egg, and cook until desired.
  • Accompany with 2 Tb sesame and soy daikon and top with sesame seeds, spring onion and a splash of sesame oil.

Very easy breakfast, brunch or lunch option!
