Established in 2005, Van Diemens Land Creamery was created by a Tasmanian dairy farming family. Using milk from their farm some of the freshest ice cream available was made. Fresh, Tasmanian ingredients are used including leatherwood honey, peanut butter, locally roasted coffee beans, fresh berries and natural Tasmanian sea salt creating a unique, artisan product.
Lemon Curd - The lemon curd provides the perfect tang, pairs well with coconut peach crumble or pavlova with roasted apricots and berries.
Hokey Pokey - Rich and creamy with honeycomb balls that are crunchy on the outside and burst toffee from the inside. Simply amazing in a waffle cone.
Cafe Latte - A special blend of locally roasted beans blended wtih a Tasmanian cream to create a smooth, rich icecream suitable for any time of day.
Vanilla Bean - Delicious with almond biscotti, tiramisu, sticky toffee pudding or chocolate cake, or treat yourself to a Baileys and icecream!
Salted Caramel - The perfect balance of sweet and salty - beautiful with caramelised banana crepes or a choc almond torte.
Raspberry Sorbet - A refreshing dairy free sorbet made from sweet Tasmanian berries. So delicious with chewy meringue, fresh berries and cream.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch you will incur some handling costs. We are unable to cancel orders after despatch.

We endeavour to deliver our hampers as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction. If in the rare case this is an unusual time frame please contact us on 03 55712088 for us to follow up.
Where your order is to be delivered in Australia we estimate 7 -10 working days from the date your order was submitted by you, Australia Post delivery times vary depending on the delivery location within Australia. Delays also often happen around Christmas. You the purchaser will receive a tracking number to track your parcel movements via the Australia post website Http://auspost.com.au/track.
If express post is required please contact us directly before purchasing.
If you (or your receiver) are not able to receive your package at your nominated address then you will need to pick it up from your nearest Australia Post outlet with ID (Or the ID of your receiver) . A card should be left at the address by Australia Post with pickup details.
Once the delivery has been signed for at the receiving address the transaction is considered complete.
If you give authority to leave a delivery without signing for it you inherit all associated risk.
If you change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse, it is your responsibility to liaise with the delivery company directly to make new arrangements. This may require additional charges to the delivery company.
